My work is intuitive, embodied, and grounded in working with horses based on the Liberty Training Method training. This includes the work of Carolyn Resnick. Linda Kohanov, and Frédéric Pignon.
Through presence and non-verbal communication, horses reveal information about regulation, boundaries, coherence, and how you relate — both with your horse and within yourself.
